Q: What is your store location?
A: We do not have a physical store location. All sales are completed on-line (except during pop-up show). All items are displayed in real time.
Q: Why can’t I place an order?
Our website closes when we are low in stock or between shipment. We apologize as we do not have the man power to keep website as updated as we hope. Please subscribe to our newsletter or social media for website re-opening date.
Q: How to order?
A: You can placed your order directly on this website.
Q: How often are the items updated?
A: Items will be updated as shipment comes. Our goal is to update every three months to provide the latest trend for each season. As all items are directly imported from South Korea, delay could be a possibility. Don’t worry.. if the items are displayed on the website, it means they are in stock and in Vancouver.
Q: Do you offer to buy selected items in South Korea for customers?
A: We are sorry we cannot accept orders that are not on our website. Our items we sell are hand picked by our buyer. Our buyer examined each item for quality. We stand by our value of bringing you best best of Seoul Element.
Q: When is the next pop-up show?
A: We will make an announcement a month beforehand on the website. Please register your email address to receive notifications.
Q: What are the shipping methods?
At the checkout page, you can choose one of the two options to get your order.
1. Canada Post
Once we received your order, we will ship your order within two days. We will be shipping via Canada Post and you can choose between "Expedited", "Priority", and "Xpresspost" service.
2. Same Day Delivery
Place your order by 11am and receive your order the same day. All stocks available are in Vancouver. Owner will hand deliver your order by end of day. Please make sure you input your contact information in order to arrange delivery.
This option is only available for addresses in the Greater Vancouver. All other addresses will be shipped via Canada Post.
Q: What is your “Store to You” Experience?
A: Beside shipping with Canada Post, we offered to hand deliver your purchased items to your home address. We can stay at your location for 10 minutes, if you desire. You will have an opportunity to browse our other inventories. However, we will not accept refund on the spot. All refund must be processed through the website.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All unworn items can be refunded within 14 days of purchased.
